Facts
A mortgagee sought to prevent execution sales of mortgaged chattels.
Holding and limits
Reversed the injunction: the pleaded circumstances did not establish that the statutory bond remedy inadequately protected the mortgagee. The purchaser would receive the debtor’s interest, subject to the superior mortgage (123 So. at 701–702).
The opinion construes 1927 law. Its historical purchaser-bond requirement is not established as current. It does not decide every modern junior-lien discharge or completed-sale challenge.
Good-law status
Comprehensive later treatment remains unverified. See florida.

Altec/Highland supply later applications; historical bond/title terminology not blindly imported to current Code. Current operative comparison: § 56.071; § 679.3151.
